ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER

We currently have an Assistant Branch Manager position open in our Ramsey, MN office.
Responsibilities include:
· Assist in the development of strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth.
· Assist Branch Manager with overseeing company operations to insure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
· Review reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
· Develop and maintain personal contacts with Agents and key clients.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
· Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
· Ability to develop strategic financial plans, manages resources, and analyzes and interprets financial data.
· Have detailed knowledge of crop insurance and the Risk Management Agency.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with computers, particularly in the use of excel.
· Minimum Experience: 8 years work experience in industry.
Travel Required: As Needed.
