Assistant Business Manager, Compliance recruitment
You will be required to support the Global Compliance Business Manager in all aspects of the compliance business management function including: functional/operational governance (e.g monthly line manager communications, business mangement reports, intranet maintenance, perfromance management process support); strategy (e.g overall strategy development and monitoring); financial management (e.g cost management; budget; invoice reconciliaition, reporting); projects (e.g support on business critical projects and presentations); overall function development (e.g technical skilling programme, Employee Board Comittee).
Professional/technical Experience:
- Financial and budget mangement including strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Prior experience working within financial services, preferably withing a Compliance, Risk, Legal or other governance function
- Delivery of imgainative solutions under pressure in a change environment
- Ability to work on several tasks/projects at the same time
- Effective co-ordinator and project manager
- Computer and Technology skills including: Microsoft Suite of products (e.g Wor, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); Adobe Products (e.g Adobe Professional); and, Database products (e.g Sharepoint)
- Ability to work a spart of a team supporting other team members and contribute meaningfully to the projects/tasks
- Strong commercial focus considering shareholder value and delivery or strategic aims
- Ability to develop strong working relationships within key client group
- Energetic and Delivery focused
Academic Professional Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level within a Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance or other governance function
- Individuals without degree level qualifications should be able to evidence self learning and strong development in their roles.
