Assistant Client Accountant
My Client, an established property management company based in the City of London, is looking to recruit an Assistant Client Accountant into their growing team.
This company has recently gone through substantial change and has recently looked to offer its client base a more varied support offering. This company's key speciality is residential property management, and this position offers the rare opportunity to jump straight into an all round portfolio management role form day one. My client is fairly flexible on experience but some service charge exposure would be preferential along with knowledge of the APB property system.
This role would be ideal for a candidate that is looking for a role that is finance based but has a client facing aspect.
Main duties for the role will include:
Accounts to Trial Balance
Property database administration
Preparation of service charge budget
Bank reconciliation's
