Assistant Compliance Manager / Compliance Manager, Insurance recruitment
The Company
My client is an Asian leading insurance group with major presence across APAC region. Due to an internal promotion a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated compliance professional from financial services to join their group.
The Role
- Manage and support the compliance services for the insurance business in accordance with legal compliance requirements and company guidelines;
- Conduct risk assessment and risk impact analysis;
- Assist in updating compliance manuals and procedures;
- Review marketing materials and external communications;
- Assist in handling inquiries from the law enforcement and regulatory authorities;
- Prepare training material and facilitate compliance training; and
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with professional qualification is highly preferable. You must have minimum 4 years' post compliance working experience in legal and/or compliance in insurance environment. You should have sound knowledge in insurance company ordinances and insurance related regulatory framework. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
