Assistant Compliance Manager, Funds and Insurance recruitment
The Company
Our client is a financial services company which provides a broad range of services to clients including insurance, pensions and investment products. As a result of their continuing success growth over the past months they are seeking an experienced compliance professional to manage and monitor the business meets its regulatory obligations, makes prudent commercial decisions, and has effective risk compliance processes in place to facilitate the future growth of the business.
The Role
- Developing and updating compliance policies and procedures that set out how regulatory standards will be applied;
- Conducting internal and external compliance and risk management audits;
- Working with Sales Marketing to ensure published material has appropriate sign off;
- Identifying compliance and control across the business; and
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with professional qualification is highly preferable. You must have minimum 2 years' post compliance working experience in legal and/or compliance in insurance environment. You should have sound knowledge in insurance company ordinances and insurance related regulatory framework. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
