Assistant Compliance Manager recruitment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Legal and Compliance
- Draft and review business agreements and fund related documents
- Review marketing materials and provide compliance support for fund launching
- Update compliance manuals and review company policies
- Monitor trading activities of funds and perform compliance review and risk control
- Compile regular compliance and risk management reports for senior management
- Handle licensing matters for internal staff and product launching
- Provide consultation and guidance on compliance issues
- Conduct training programs to staff
Qualifications
- University degree in Law preferred but not essential
- 3-5 years legal and compliance experiences from managed public fund financial institutions
- Well versed with SFC regulations
- Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
