Global Lead – MarkitWire Onboarding (BAU) recruitment

A successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Liaise with the MW Project team to understand and prepare for new functionality as it becomes BAU.

• Liaise with Sales, Product and Account Management to understand the client adoption forecast and manage capacity and prioritization.

• Design, implement and control appropriate processes for managing the onboarding workslate

• Act as an escalation and relationship point for clients and internal counterparties around MW BAU Onboarding cases

• Provide man management to the teams that report into the role. Approx 10 staff.

• Drive continual improvement of the BAU onboarding processes and strive for a world class client experience

• Become a SME on the MarkitWire application and its onboarding options/process.

The following skills are needed in this role:

• Must have - experience from working in an Investment bank (preferably within OTC Derivatives Operations) or significant Vendor to Investment banks.

• Must have – Proven people management skills

• Must have – good process design and management skills

• Must have – Client service (preferably onboarding) experience

• Should have - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

• Should have - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Contributes to Client Implementation Capacity and Prioritization planning

• Supports wider Client Implementation and Operations efforts

• Identifies opportunities to drive change in business and implementation processes to realize productivity, risk, commercial and time to market opportunities.

• Experience of team and process management

• Should demonstrate an ability to contribute to wider management issues beyond their immediate function.
