Assistant Compliance Officer, Reinsurance recruitment
A highly reputable blue-chip insurance broker is looking to recruit into their Global Specialties Division to assist the compliance business partner for the reinsurance arm of the business. The role is an excellent opportunity for a step into a compliance position in an advisory capacity, providing guidance and policy advice to different business units within reinsurance.
Role
To act as a partner to the business unit and to provide compliance advice on regulatory issues.
To ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to within the business.
Compliance monitoring
To work closely with senior management of the reinsurance business and to ensure that appropriate advice is given priority.
Liaise with senior compliance management, Group Compliance Directors, wider compliance, legal and Internal Audit.
Experience Required
Compliance experience, preferably gained from an insurance organization
Previous advisory responsibilities
Experience of international regulatory regimes.
