Assistant Director
A top tier accountancy firm, with an advisory focus, is looking for an individual with Debt Advisory and/or Leveraged Finance experience to join its team as an Assistant Director.
The debt advisory team focuses on a mix of corporate and private equity work, with much of this business coming from the MA team. The role will include planning, managing junior members of staff and taking responsibility for winning business and marketing. It will provide you with a large amount of autonomy and quick progression, with the opportunity for you to step up to a Director role.
You will take the lead on managing Debt Advisory engagements, review client project engagements, build client relationships, and identify new project opportunities. You will also have people management responsibilities covering resource planning, performance management, and coaching.
To be successful in this role you will have prior debt advisory experience, or have worked in a leveraged finance department of an Investment bank. This is an opportunity to make the move out of investment banking and into a corporate advisory role, where you can continue to develop your career or move from another advisory role and make the step from Senior Manager to Director.
