Equity Reward Manager
Hays Taxation are recruiting for an Equity Reward Tax Manager in Cambridge.
Our client is a Top 10 firm who are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team. The role will include reporting to a Partner whilst aiding with the development of more junior members of staff.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing a team of both internal staff and external advisor's on specific projects.
- Building a rapport with clients and developing a detailed understanding of their business and expectations, whilst keeping them up to date with progress.
- Providing training for more junior members of staff, whilst reporting to a Partner.
- Working with businesses to create individual efficient tax structures.
The successful candidate will be either ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified with a strong experience of Tax Management within a large Practice. The candidate will be able to demonstrate their excellent leadership and organisational skills whilst showing the desire needed to start a progressive career within a large Accountancy Practice.
