Assistant Director Debt Product Management

This is a unique opportunity to take on a strategic role with exposure to every facet of the CIB business. As the Assistant Director within the Debt Product Management (DPM) team you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and driving implementation of the debt strategy for CIB in partnership with the Origination and Coverage teams. This, along with other ad hoc and varied work streams, makes for a fast paced and high profile role for an ambitious and driven individual.

You’ll have a solid track record working in a variety of different frontline facing roles, and you’ll have good analytical, numerical and presentational skills. You’ll be able to demonstrate an understanding of, or willingness to learn about the CIB credit approval process and the working of the RAROE model (capital, funding and liquidity drivers).
