Assistant Director – Real Estate Corporate Finance recruitment

THE COMPANY

The Real Estate Corporate Finance team's focus falls into 3 broad categories:

1.      Capital Raising:  the team advises on both debt and equity raising as well as acting as placement agent for new real estate funds.

2.      Real Estate Restructuring: advice to banks and corporates on restructuring real estate transactions. This includes financial option analysis, independent business reviews and working alongside insolvency practitioners on formal appointments

3.      Strategic Advisory: buy and sell side MA lead advisory for assets, portfolios and corporates in the real estate sector. We also provide advice to corporates on optimal structures to meet their occupational needs, with particular regard to operational and financial structuring.
