Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage the technical testing activities in support of the current release of the CFP programWork closely with the testing team and program management to develop testing strategies and approach in line with the overall program approach and strategyWork in partnership with the AD Teams to ensure all elements of technical testing are planned, executed, managed and reported.Work closely with the testing team to understand their test requirements and ensure these are supported through all phases of user testingWork closely with the AD teams to ensure they are informed about all User testing activity and have the necessary information available to support all requests from the test team and to minimise any technology related outages or delays in the testingWork with all parties to ensure any issues impacting testing are resolved as quickly as possibleProvide regular documentation as requiredPro-actively look for process improvements and implement these quickly and efficientlyProvide all required test support reporting to the programAbout CFPThe Custody Foundation Project (CFP) is a strategic re-engineering initiative for Worldwide Securities Services (WSS). The objective is to create a componentized application infrastructure and adopt a utility strategy for Positions Management and Settlements, Asset Servicing and Cash services that will enhance the client's experience, increase automation and remove cost from the operating environment and will be available for use by businesses across the bank. For WSS, the platform will support International Custody, International Clearance and Collateral Management, and Domestic and local Sub- Custody.
In order to realize the business objectives and associated benefits, CFP must develop a new converged technical platform to enable the disparate regional and functionally aligned Operating Models to migrate to a single, unified Global Operating model.
