Assistant Finance Manager recruitment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare comprehensive financial management reports for management review
- Perform expenses budgetary control for the business and perform routine and ad hoc business analysis
- Maintain and review cost allocation rules / models to enhance business planning
- Participate in projects such as system enhancement and implementation for work flow improvement
- Participate in the review of Bank’s business operations and other ad hoc projects
- Manage a small team of Finance Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Accountant and a University degree in Accounting, Finance OR a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ financial experience, preferably with exposure to management reporting in banking / insurance sector
- Strong self motivation, with ability to work under pressure independently
- Good analytical skills, business focus with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
