Assistant Finance Manager/Accountant recruitment
Candidates will be joining a team of what will eventually be around 22 people and will be expected to hit the ground running on a new and exciting cost centralization project. This is an ongoing project with long term opportunities for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost reporting
- Standardise and rationalise current cost reports in line with agreed SLA’s
- Automate cost reporting utilising the functionality delivered by transform finance and MI.
- Deliver consistent cost processes
- Be part of a high performing team to deliver business objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to deliver policy
- Build and maintain a cross functional internal network to optimise business results
- Deliver agreed change programmes to achieve continuous improvement
- Mitigate potential risks
Skills Necessary
- Strong accountancy background (qualified/part qualified/strong experience)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a large team
- Self starter with a dynamic and positive attitude
- Previous cost reporting is desirable
