Assistant Fund Manager
An excellent opportunity to join a small team specialising in unit trusts as a senior analyst/assistant fund manager. The role will require you to conduct in-depth research and analysis and to condense and present these findings in summary reports. You will assist with the production of unit trust updates as well as being responsible for collating the performance statistics of funds managed by the company. In addition, you will be tasked with measuring the performance of model portfolios against relevant indices and preparing and presenting business information for presentation and distribution within the company.
The position will necessitate you deputising for Fund Managers in their absence, and as a result, a flexible approach is essential as you may be required to work late from time to time.
Minimum requirements include: GCSE Maths grade A, A/Bs at A-level, First or Upper Second University Degree. In addition: IMC Level 4 and CFA level 1 are necessary, or alternatively a Masters Degree in Wealth Management.
