Job description:
The Assistant General Manager will provide 100% support and commitment to the General Manager in regards to strategy, policies, procedures, guests, staff, and purveyors in attaining budgeted goals and sales growth. In addition, the AGM will be fully responsible for human resource function, as well as insuring each guest's expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years as a restaurant manager in a high-volume fine-dining operation
- GM level experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to deliver operational excellence
- Purchasing receiving experience
- Mentoring and development skills
