Assistant HR Manager/ HR Manager recruitment
Responsibilties:
- Full Spectrum of HR duties with focus on recruitment
- Leading, motivating and training HR team to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Sourcing, identifying, recruiting and developing key talents to ensure that the organizational capability meets strategic business requirements
- Drive and secure the Performance Management Process
- Support and secure training and development plans, succession planning, talent management and staff retentions for all levels of employees in the country in close cooperation with Area HR
- Ensure compliance with local laws and employee rights as well as company’s Code of Conduct
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR functions and be creatively open to new ideas and methods. In addition, he/she will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work cooperatively with other teams; good project management skills will be aded advantage.
