Assistant Manager – Management Reporting recruitment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will be responsible for leading the Management Reporting Team on the entire financial process includes budget forecast, financial reporting for monthly, quarterly annual closing.
- Evaluate financial results and implement improvements on planning and forecasting process
- Analyze business results, identify opportunities initiatives for discussion with senior management
- Manage a small team of accountant and perform supervisory tasks such as work allocation and monthly performance evaluation
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis for regional and corporate users
- Knowledge of US GAAP will be an advantage
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting and a recognized professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management reporting and financial analysis preferable gained from the banking or insurance sector
- Good communication and analytical skill
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior role
