Assistant Manager / Analyst recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management of private equity real estate funds, which includes maintaining the fund(s) financial models, analyzing the financial performance of the fund(s)’ underlying assets, and assist in the investment and divestment transactions of the fund(s)
• Assist in improving the systems and processes of fund management
• Assist in investor relations, which includes preparing investors relations materials and conduct of investor meetings
Pre-requisites:
• Degree in Real Estate / Business related discipline, preferably with Masters in Business Administration / CFA
• At least 3 years of experience in conducting financial feasibility studies
• Ability to understand financial statements and analyze financial reports
