Deloitte's Corporate Tax practice in the UK and globally is structured to meet the needs of our clients. As a Manager, you will provide a comprehensive range of services, from assisting clients with compliance and reporting obligations to complex consultancy assignments and strategic tax planning. Work with us and our overseas offices to provide innovative yet pragmatic advice.
Your ability to focus on our clients and deliver innovative tax solutions will be enhanced by our existing deep relationships with organisations in the TMT sector and our knowledge of specific business environments including social media, advertising, music, TV and technology. You will receive continuous in-house training to develop and hone your technical, industry and soft skills.
Projects that you can get involved in, amongst others, will include:
- Giving complex cross border tax advice;
- Strategic planning, including business model optimisation
- Due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions;
- Preparation and review of corporate tax computations
- Dealing with HM Revenue and Customs on technical matters.
- Tax accounting and audit support work.
To be considered you must possess:
- ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification or experience (either fully or exam qualified); and
- UK Corporate Tax experience gained within the accountancy profession.
