Director Project Manager
A leading Investment Bank is currently looking for a strong Project Manager to head up a large scale strategic programme within their Product Control Change function.
The role is at the Director level and is to simultaneously coordinate the 5 workstreams of the programme. The scheme itself is aimed at implementing a single infrastructure to consolidate the sub-ledgers, PL processes, and business line balance sheet reporting across all asset classes globally. Therefore the role will have the following responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to the Workstream Managers and ensure their efforts are coordinated across the program.
* Lead efforts to improve commonality between workstreams and to look at process improvements in the implementation process.
* Lead analysis to support future migrations and understand dependencies across other finance areas
* Help manage interaction with key partners including Product Control, Operations and PC IT.
Candidates at both the Director and SVP level will be considered however you must demonstrate the following attributes.
Candidates will ideally be qualified accountants and have a strong background in large scale project delivery. You will need to have had experience within a line Product Control function prior to working within Change Management. The ability to manage/develop teams and individuals is essential as well as being able to build strong stakeholder relationships.
