Continued strong growth in our business bank has created a vacancy for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to support a Relationship Manager on the day-to-day management and growth of the portfolio.

As one of our more senior Assistant Manager positions, your new role will see you utilise your solid financial analysis experience through monitor accounts to identify adverse financial trends and assess risk inherent in credit exposures.

Reporting to the Relationship Manager, this post is responsible for maintaining portfolio profitability, service levels and credit risk management. Through building strong client relationships, you will understand and identify customer needs and source/recommend a variety of products in conjunction with your Relationship Manager. With a strong focus on providing an exceptional customer service you will ensure that service standards are met.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have 18 months commercial lending experience in the corporate or SME sector, have excellent financial analysis skills with experience in writing credit papers of $5m . Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills are a must, along with a strong collaborative work ethic.
