The Client Service Assistant Manager is co-located with the Client Management and Relationship Management teams at the Frontline and is responsible for a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact within Client Services for facility management and collateral management transaction related matters. This position is also accountable for the broader Lending Operations activities to the Relationship Team.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Customer Focus: recognising the importance of valuing customers, understanding expectations and following through to ensure customer needs are met
• Excellent numeracy skills, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to interpret Financial Statements
• Sound knowledge of Institutional and Corporate products and services
• Industry based knowledge of Segments (e.g. Property, Diversified Industrial, and Natural Resources)
• Tertiary qualifications e.g. Banking / Finance / Accounting
