Assistant Manager Casualty Underwriting recruitment
Our Client is a leading global provider of insurance and reinsurance services. This organisation requires an experienced Underwriter to take on a senior position within the Casualty team of the Singapore office.
Reporting to the country manager the role will focus on maintenance development of the Casualty Underwriting team, as well as implementing and providing strategic direction to ensure the profitable growth of the Casualty line of business in Singapore.
In order to be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 8 years underwriting casualty/general liability lines and a proven ability to win and maintain business from producers, brokers and customers. Local knowledge and business relationships are a key element of driving profitability in this area of the business, so you must have experience of working in the casualty market in Singapore.
