Due to continued growth and expansion, we are actively seeking an experienced IT Administrator for our new headquarters in Alliance, Ohio, with at least 2-5 years of network administration, engineering or consulting experience in small to mid-sized commercial business environments for direct internal hire.  Contracts considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include administration and management of production and office networks.

Administer the company’s office network including MS Exchange email servers, phone systems, print servers, etc.

Monitor and manage production environment for the company’s custom software solution.

Maintain and enhance internal CMS and external corporate web sites.

Troubleshoot staff and customer problems to develop and implement solutions.

Plan and perform system / network upgrades / changes;

Purchase, setup and maintain office hardware including PCs, servers and printers.

Participate in capacity planning and management;

 

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills/experience:

Deep knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2010 Administration including MS Exchange and IIS; MS Certification a plus.

Extensive knowledge of networking including routers, firewalls, switches, phone systems, etc.

Extensive experience with MS .NET ASPX, MS SQL, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 and related web languages.

Very punctual and organized.

Strong organizational skills with emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Strong interpersonal skills working with, training and supporting co-workers with limited technical backgrounds.

Strong problem-solving skills.

BA/BS degree preferred.
