The Role
The role requires successful candidate to design and develop agency management courses in accordance to competency training needs for each level of agency leadership. You will also be supporting all training developmental strategies to develop and nurture competent agency leadership.
Apart from providing effective training and developmental platforms to increase agency management effectiveness and standards, you will also be supporting and collaborating with other departments to help achieve company's financial objectives. In addition, you will also be aligning all training and developmental outcomes with company's business strategies and requirements.
Your Profile
Suitable candidates would need to be a graduate with at least 3 years experience in insurance industry with prior experience in agency or training. Apart from having good spoken and written communication as well as articulate interpersonal and negotiation skills, you would also need good knowledge of products and business processes in the Insurance industry. In addition, you must be able to work and lead team effectively while managing tight deadlines and must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
