Assistant Manager of Claims, Bahrain recruitment
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the claims department and must have at least 5 years of experience in reinsurance claims.
Responsibilities:
- Identify conflicts of interest and act to mitigate.
- Enhance relationships both internally and externally.
- Apply risk management techniques to standard and non-standard risks.
- Actively revise and edit reports in order to maintain concise documents.
- Assist the manager in making sure the claims department runs smoothly.
- Analyze data and reach conclusions as well as review team member’s analysis in order to make recommendations.
Requirements:
- 5 years of claims experience in the GCC, though reinsurance claims experience is a must.
- Must have sound Energy knowledge, preferably with an Engineering background.
- Knowledge of European languages will be an advantage.
