Assistant Manager – Planning recruitment
Responsibilities
• Budget rolling forecast analysis and variance reporting to management
• Ensure compliance with Group delegation of authorities
• Assist the GFC in developing policies and procedures
• Deploy policies and procedures on financial controls, issued by GFC
• Monitor for conflicts / deviations between financial and operational policies and procedures, for discussion and resolution
• Lead the timely and accurate preparation of financial information supporting management decision-making ie. Monthly Management Report Monthly Operational Report etc.
• Monitor overhead incurrence and prepare annual fee budget and actual charges
• Accounting estimate reports risk assessments
• Ensure timely efficient support of external audit work, and appropriate corrective actions against external audit findings on controls and financial accounting
Requirements
- Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent ie. ACCA
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant (financial) experience
- Good planning knowledge and modelling skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
