Real Estate Assistant Manager - Luxembourg - Contract
We are currently assisting a larger Asset Management company with their recruitment for an Assistant Manager within their Real Estate team to be based in Luxembourg.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an investment specialist firm and utilize your existing skills within financial regulatory reporting. You will be working in one of the worlds largest multinational corporations who has a presence in over 22 countries and is considered a leader in its field.
You will be responsible for producing all financial and regulatory reports including audited financial statements for the Luxembourg-domiciled funds. You will have oversight of the monthly Real Estate NAV calculation and dealing.
We are looking for experienced accountant who has a good understanding of UK and European real estate fund structures and reporting requirements. Alternatively if you have worked within a reporting team (for funds) and you are keen to learn Real Estate this could be a good opportunity to transfer your skills.
Experience required:
- 5+ years experience within a financial reporting role
- Par/Qualified accountant
- Solid understanding of UK and European real estate fund structures and reporting requirements
- IFRS and group consolidations experience
- Fluent in English
- Good level of French advantageous
- EU passport holder
Please note this is an 18 month fixed term contract.
