We are looking for highly-motivated individuals with previous experience in in banking / financial services including expertise in credit analysis, large scale statistical analysis and leadership qualities. Developing, preparing and compiling retail credit product portfolios reports/analytics and to ensure performing in line with the yearly plan in order to optimize the risk reward equation for the bank and to ensure that credit quality remains under control.
Product performance reporting and analytics their performances in term of credit risk covering performance based on demographic and financial attributes and tracks the accounts origination, behavior; help in identifying the areas of concerns and supporting business on opportunities. Coordinate with Group Risk on scorecard projects for all retail products.
Assistant Manager Retail Credit Policy Analytics
Job Responsibilities:
(1) Monitoring Tracking
- Develop MIS / reports to ensure quality of the portfolio with regards to risk and validate appropriateness of credit policies.
- Ensure adequate and consistent monitoring and review of product portfolio quality
- Develop reports on critical portfolio caps at required intervals and take prompt remedial action when required
- Provide necessary report on the Policy Activities / product performance and provisioning to Head of Policy / Senior managements.
(2) Retail Analytics
- Produce Retail Analytics Pack
- Provide Retail Credit Support for Basel II Advance approach.
- Conduct assessment of Settlement data analysis
- Forecast delinquency, net flows and losses
- Cater to ad hoc Analysis request for various policy Cuts.
- Score card project management from Retail Credit.
- Risk / Return strategy Evaluation
- Regularly review and monitoring new account, portfolio and collections performance.
- Developing analytical reports for all retail products.
- Tracking of system maintenance/audit trail reports.
- Providing data to Credit Policy with various cuts for effective control and monitoring of credit losses and business acquisitions for improved portfolio management
- Providing analytical solutions for the business to focus on key area.
- Preparation of business plans, forecast for credit losses.
- Regularly monitor and review portfolio performance and drive policy changes/enhancements and understand all drivers of performance and necessary actions needed for improvement/optimization.
- To work closely with Credit Departments and to resolve credit operational issues.

(4) Communications
Conduct regular performance reviews within in Retail Credit and to provide and exchange knowledge/feedback on key focus area based on the risk. And issue reports/analytics with the support of credit policy team.
(5) Staff Yearly Goals
Establish staff yearly goals and ensure high level of staff satisfaction motivation for the unit.
(6) Training Coaching
Provide regular training, feedback clarification on credit policies to front end and back end staff for clarity in understanding and consistency of application.
(7) System Enhancement
Ensure Coordination with IT for all system enhancement projects (related to streamlining and automation of the credit management processes) are done in a timely manner and all risk related items are clearly documented / addressed.
