The 'MySuper' project is part of NAB Wealth's response to the Government super reforms.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Platform Distribution Manager to develop the Member Advice Framework portion of MLC's MySuper product offering in MasterKey Business Super and MasterKey Personal Super (MKBS/MKPS), as part of the input from the MLC Business Super Product Strategy team to the MySuper project. The key responsibilities include;
- Co-ordinate the advice framework development work necessary to clarify, develop, specify and obtain approval for MLC's MySuper product offering in MKBS/MKPS, which will cover:
- Development of FoFA and MySuper compliant fee structure for the proposed MySuper advice framework MKBS/MKPS.
- Development of service level agreements for the advice framework.
- Documenting and socialising alternative solutions and engaging with various internal and external stakeholders for review and endorsement
- Prepare formal management papers and submission documents, putting the endorsed advice framework solution forward to various internal decision forums for approval.
- Act the primary link with the MySuper project team to provide the input and clarity on requirements and details in relation to implementing the agreed MySuper advice framework.
To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge of the financial advice process and services required by corporate super members and employer sponsors, plus the following skills and experience;
- Knowledge of investment and insurance products and the legislative parameters impacting those products
- Project management experience
- Analysis and strategic thinking
- Leadership, collaboration and influencing skills
- Clear communication, especially written documentation and proposal documents.
- Self motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively in teams or across teams and with minimal direction
- A delivery focussed problem solver, who looks for and presents options/solutions and ways to work around problems and drives for decisions and closes issues quickly.
