Assistant / Quantity Surveyor Job in Northampton, Midlands Uk
FusionPeople are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a regional main contractor based in Bedfordshire. This client has works that are within a 70 mile radius of Bedfordshire. They are a build main contractor whom specialise in the health, education, commercial and care sectors. Projects range from £2-£35 million, with the majority of works falling in the £5-£15 million.
To be suitable for this role candidates need to have demonstrated stability and loyalty to a minimal number of employers, worked for a main contractor on new build and refurbishment projects. Candidates can still be working on a day release basis or have completed their qualification. It is essential that you have exposure to sub-contractor procurement.
Please note only working with a main contractor is considered suitable background for consultancy or sub-contractor is not suitable.
