This individual should be confident and capable of solving complex problems and queries in a professional manner. My client is an international financial institute with well established business in the Asia Pacific region and they will be looking to focus their growth in this region.
Requirement
- Experience in serving HNV individuals and institutions
- Ability to handle complex questions
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese a must
- Good understanding of a Assistant Relationship Manager role
- Good understanding of the Client onboarding Process
- Bright individual and keen to learn
