Assistant Sales Manager
The Assistant Sales Manager training position is a full-time management career position designed to promote management careers within Dillard's stores. This management training involves working in one store location while learning all aspects of sales and retail management. Mentored by a Sales Manager, individuals gain an understanding of store operations, and train to be in charge of a multi-million dollar business with immediate opportunity to demonstrate sales leadership and management skills.
