Assistant to Lead Recruiter for Investment Management EMEA recruitment

Assist the Lead Recruiter deliver recruitment solutions internally to our multi-boutique stable of award-winning asset managers and international wealth management business.  The work split will be roughly 80% administration and 20% working on recruitment projects directly with the Lead Recruiter.

Essential:

Experience

• Previous experience as PA/Team administrator and providing 1:1 support.

• Full-spectrum recruitment administration, e.g. interview booking via liaison with recruiters/candidates/line managers, diary management, room booking, travel arrangements, meet-and-greet, research, org chart creation/updating, recruitment software updating, spreadsheet updating etc.

Personal

• Comfortable liaising/developing relationships with the most senior executives within the firm and externally.

• Able to multi-task without losing focus and maintain a high attention to detail.

• Comfortable with several ‘process’ tasks.

• Well-presented and articulate in verbal and written communication.

• Problem-solving character, intuitive and has a natural curiosity.

• Flexible, positive and driven by challenges.

• Able to learn and adapt quickly.

• Highly organised with good memory recall.

• Ambitious and energetic but diplomatic and consultative style.

IT/Systems

• Expert knowledge of MS Office and Lotus Notes.

Preferred:

• Background in recruitment (agency or in-house).

• Knowledge of investment management roles/functions/terminology.

• Graduate Calibre.

• Additional European languages.
