Business Overview:
Trust and Fiduciary is part of Worldwide Securities Services. Trust and Fiduciary provide depositary services for investment funds on behalf of a large number of Investment Management groups across Europe, supporting over 2,000 funds with assets in excess of $1 trillion.

The Depositary Team is responsible for overseeing that clients manage their funds in accordance with fund rules and local regulations. This oversight includes monitoring the safekeeping of fund assets, plus desktop and site visit checks on client controls over fund accounting, the unit register and investment compliance. Errors and potential breaches are referred for the team to follow-up and resolve with the client. The team in Sweden consists of
2 members and the team reports into the Head of Trust and Fiduciary in the UK.
Job description
The role of the Assistant Trustee Manager is to assist the Fiduciary Manager in ensuring that J.P. Morgan meets its obligations to oversee clients' funds.
This is achieved through participation in reviews at the client's offices, including preparation of visit agendas and drafting of reports, oversight of error and breach reports and assisting with ongoing client risk assessment. The role also includes review of the funds' rules submitted to us by clients.
Client interaction and servicing skills are a significant aspect of the role and strong interpersonal skills are required in order to develop close working relationships with relevant client personnel and other service providers.
