As a member of the CRG leadership team you will work closely with the Partners to lead service delivery and secure growth in the Victorian and Commonwealth Public Sectors. As a CRG representative in the Victorian Government client service team, your experience and networks will allow you to play an integral role articulating and developing CRG's value proposition and track record in this strategic market segment.
You will be responsible for developing a team of professionals able to serve the needs of the public sector around;
- Budgeting forecasting
- Financial management
- Financial analysis reporting
- Business case evaluation
- Cost driver analysis
- Funding assessment
- Supplier viability capacity
In this role you will be challenged through;
- Leading a team of staff and playing an active role in their career development
- Delivering on challenging engagements across the Public Sector
- Exposed to a large and diverse range of clients
- Exceptional career development in a global environment
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate Big 4 or Tier 1 Consulting firm experience or exposure to the Victorian Public Sector on matters of financial performance, service delivery improvement while an existing network of contacts within the Victorian Public Sector and record of identifying and securing opportunities and exposure to Federal Government Public Sector (particularly Commonwealth Departments with Victorian presence) will be highly regarded.
