Assistant Vice President / Associate, Business Analytics (Incentive Management), Consumer Banking Group recruitment

Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of various sales incentive schemes to support business units to achieve their revenue targets
- Develop financial models to simulate various payout scenarios to manage the overall incentive costs of the proposed schemes within cost budgets
- Actively engage various business partners: Franchise, Product, Finance, HR and Total Quality to ensure timely delivery of the simulation model in line with the rollout of incentive schemes
- Manage quarterly league table evaluation to identify top performers and award winners
- Provide and develop Dashboard and MIS to senior management on the effectiveness of the incentive scheme
Requirements
- Degree in Banking / Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics / Statistics or related disciplines
- Has at least 4 years of working experience in sales performance management or incentive management planning (incentive scheme development and incentive cost simulation)
- Proficient in financial modeling (Excel), SAS Programming and / or SQL
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationship with Senior / Middle Management
- Able to work independently under pressure and tight timelines
