• Manage tasks through all stages of the life cycle and working with stakeholders/clients to define and execute the project

• Coordinate across different product teams to optimize client satisfaction and efficiency

• Become an industry expert and understanding the operational and reporting needs of our clients

• Partner with the support team by working with them to define task details and priority for clients to ensure that a complete solution is delivered in the expected time frame

• Specify requirements for each task by communication with client and input from internal areas that may have additional information on the functionality or proposed solution

• Define the scope of work and document requirements for any task that will provide enough information to the Development and Quality Assurance areas to plan their part of the life cycle appropriately

• Document the project throughout the life cycle to ensure transparency to stakeholders

• Support all product features if clients have questions or concerns regarding the functionality
