Assistant Vice President | Business Development (M&A) | Global Corporate – Singapore, South East Asia recruitment
My client is operating in the Infrastructure space and has one of the most renowned institutions in their area. They are looking to add a Business Development, Mergers Acquisitions manager to their team in response to growing business.
Main Responsibilities are:
- Building models from scratch to assess businesses for possible investment opportunity – either MA, JV, or divestments
- Do business development roles - speak with internal and external clients
- Excellent Presentation and communications skills to clients, board of directors, other parties in the company
To apply you must have:
- Great number crunching and data mining skills
- At least 5 years relevant experience in one of these:
- Equity Research covering Infrastructure or Real Estate or Technology
- Investment Banking or Corporate Finance or Mergers and Acquisitions covering Infrastructure, Real Estate, Technology
- Private Equity with hands on experience in Execution, Client Facing and Quantitative Modelling
- Must be in Singapore (for easier face to face interview)
- Permit to work in Singapore
