The Challenge
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience Corporate Finance / Transaction Services professional (ACA / CFA) to join a financial institution based in Dublin.
The role will involve:
• Providing support to senior management in the execution of corporate finance transactions
• Restructuring and debt capital markets advisory functions
• Preparation of detailed financial models and valuations
• Risk research and analysis
• Due diligence
• Performance reporting
• Assisting in the preparation of briefing materials
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experience corporate finance / banking professional with:
• An accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• CFA qualification highly desirable
• Prior banking analyst / corporate finance experience
• High level of numerical ability
• Strong presentation and communication skills
The successful candidate will have c. 10 years experience in a simiarl role.
