Product Management leverages subject matter expertise to design and enhance product offerings and to educate our clients and industry working groups on our services.
Duties and accountabilities
Internal Responsibilities
- Work with Clearing Product Manager direction to draft high-level Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and marketing collateral.
- Meet with cross-functional teams (including buy-side product management, Operations, UAT, etc) to explain clearing services and functionality.
- Provide ‘Tier 3’ subject matter expertise in occasional escalation related to client onboardings and/or production trade activity.
- Perform sanity tests of new clearing service functionality.
External Responsibilities
- Draft instructional documents which walk clients through specific clearing functionality. This includes external specifications and ‘one pagers’.
- Attend clearing house meetings with Product Managers; contribute to discussions with respect to current industry activities and planning.
Attend client meetings (with Product Managers, Sales, and/or Account Management); contribute to walk-through of services and future offerings
