Group Product Control’s responsibilities include production and development of relevant, timely and accurate, management information as well as insightful analysis of business, product and customer profitability to support decision making, reporting and generation of shareholder values.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with countries to review monthly financial performance, as well as investigate variances and identify business risks and opportunities
- Automate and execute robust cross check of regional / global production process and data, create a reliable and granular error catching review process across each data run for current and historic data
- Ownership and accountability for timeliness, data accuracy and process adaptation as needed in delivery of various Regional Reporting data sets and reports to various stakeholders
- Provide a broad range of financial analytical support to the senior management to facilitate them in the planning and execution of new business initiatives and strategies
- Participate in the ongoing process reviews, process streamlining and in systems automation projects
- Prepare Monthly / Quarterly financial forecast, and participate in planning and budgeting process
- Support ad-hoc queries and projects
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or a Finance related discipline
- Possess 6 - 10 years of experience in management accounting or financial reporting analysis
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel
- A self-tarter, independent and be able to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
