VP of Compliance recruitment
* Leadership role for Compliance within Canada and collaberate globally
* Implement a program to meet new regulatory requirements
* Assume advisory role for senior leadership internally
* Key liaison with regulators and other external bodies
* Lead in training, continuous development, implementing best practices
* Maintain and upgrade compliance materials, policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Experience in Compliance from Financial Services or Legal professions
* Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory requirements, global exposure an asset
* Experience and capability to work with internal stakeholders, including executives as well as regulators
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently as well as supporting the business
* Understanding of Control Room functions an asset
