Duties accountabilities
- Responsible for a 100% direct delivery model
- Significant input into the selection of an initial slate of candidates
- Day to day running of advertised positions on job -boards including response management
- Maintenance Markit’s Career website to further develop direct hiring capabilities
- Promotion of internal referral scheme to further extend Markit’s reach to interesting candidate communities
- Immaculate documentation and control of high volume data
- Development of Markit’s employer brand through participation in career fairs and the building of strategic relationships
- Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System- Taleo
