Responsibilities
- Business Lead for Regional iBanking Projects and Delivery.
- Assist Business Manager to build regional business standard processes for internet banking systems delivery.
- Enforce standardized internet banking functionalities and processes to drive unit cost effectiveness; develop set standard guidelines for regional Internet Banking application and operational process.
- Ensure Compliance to Local Country Central Bank and meet MAS IBTRM guidelines.
- Self-starter, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet deadlines effectively.
- Responsible for reviewing Business Requirement Document, Test Plan and ensure Quality regional internet banking project Delivery.
- Collaborate with Regional Country Internet Banking Business Units and IT partners in identifying enhancement initiatives and to ensure the end-to-end system process delivery.
- Build effective business process/partnerships with regional eBusiness counterparts.
- Ensure smooth post-implementation tasks are delivered to In-Country team including training to In-Country team touch-points, production problem investigation and escalation process.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in Regional Consumer Banking and/or Regional Internet Banking with strong business acumen an advantage.
- IT background with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in regional banking system projects.
- Solid track record in implementing Regional Internet Banking with a focus on customer online experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude; business Mandarin will be advantageous.
- Team player who is able to work well with product specialist, operational teams, technical teams and external vendors.
- Good understanding of Online Security Risk and Internet/Mobile payment industry.
