Job Description:
The Global Site Optimization Associate Manager will own the capabilities that drive a personalized, relevant experience for the customer through dynamic content and messaging. The successful candidate will focus on project execution and global opportunity identification for large-scale Vistaprint website initiatives, working closely across regional marketing stakeholders to identify and communicate website opportunities to be leveraged globally.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end to end project execution for large-scale customer-facing website initiatives from idea inception to launch in collaboration with software engineers, creative, and analytics
- Create P L forecast and facilitate requirements gathering among key stakeholders for website initiatives
- Manage site-related global vendor relationships and contracts
- Monitor performance key performance indicators for site areas and make recommendations to global stakeholders based on findings
- Identify areas of opportunity for global site enhancements and optimization through analysis and research
- Educate cross-functional teams on site standards and best practices
- Establish and coordinate cross-functional touch points to ensure global alignment across projects
- Manage optimization and maintenance of internal tools used for site enhancements
Experience Requirements:
- BA or BS required in marketing, analytics, or related field
- 5+ years experience e-commerce site optimization required
- 1+ years experience with mobile site design a plus
- Data driven and results oriented
- Strong knowledge of the Internet and associated marketing channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Positive, can do attitude
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented and precise, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
