Description
The Product Development Analyst I assist's in product support, quality assurance, and software design and development for the assigned functions. Assists in the delivery of products. Helps locate, write-up, test, and close bugs in products. Executes functional test plans and works with automated regression cases to improve software quality. Works with more experienced analysts to move product specifications from conception to approval. Documents and researches functional and technical issues. Assists in supporting email, web, implementation, sales, and marketing.
Qualifications
Must have strong deductive reasoning and diagnostic problem solving skills with a customer service focus. 0-2 year's relevant experience required. BS degree in computer science, information systems, math, or equivalent. Other degrees considered.
