Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services.

Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring the timely settlement of all client instructions and monitoring and updating all trades in accordance with market and the Banks best practices. Must provide a high quality service, while minimising risks to the organisation and guard against any financial or reputational loss.

Responsibilities:

Action all client instructions and assigned tasks within specified deadlines in order to deliver a high quality service and meet the overall objectives of the department.

Liaise with Client Services and internal departments to ensure queries are responded to, thereby ensuring that internal/external client satisfaction is maintained.

Track the performance of each of the assigned tasks in order to ensure that they are operating efficiently and effectively thereby maintaining the departmental delivery objectives.

Investigate opportunities for self development and improving knowledge of the business that you are servicing in order to improve skills and knowledge and deliver maximum service levels.

Liaison with Unit Trust Managers, Fund Managers, Registrars, Counterparties, Revenue Offices, Brokers, Clients, CRESTCO, external auditors, vendors.

Job share - Thursday Friday

Person Specification:

A self starter with the ability to work independently to achieve the goals of the team and department. Must have good attention to detail and be able to meet internal and market deadlines.

Experience:

Previous experience in a financial services environment is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications and training:

Minimum education to GCSE level or equivalent - 5 passes (including English and Mathematics) - essential.

A-Levels / Degree preferable.

Prepared to complete industry qualifications as required essential.

Job Skills and Knowledge:

Good attention to detail.

Strong desire for excellence with a conscientious approach.

Proactive nature.

Self starter.

Well organised and focused in order to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.
